Monteverde Cloudforest Reserve is a private, non profit reserve administered by the Tropical Science Center. There are 6 different ecological zones in this region. The canopy is extremely rich with insects, plants, and birds. The Canopy Sky Trek and Sky Walk are some of the principal attractions here. Additionally, the nature trails, butterfly and frog gardens are really worthwhile.
